    once you've worked for this company, you can handle anything. learning that you cannot compromise your personal & moral integrity and sanity for a large salary on paper.
    do not leave your current company thinking the grass is greener because of a larger brand...more money more problems


    -Baiting with lavish gifts
    -micromanaged to the point of suffocation
    -sr regional mgt and brand reputation within retailers horrible
    -no quality of time balance or life
    -invasive questioning of personal time
    -internally unorganized
    -nightly requirements w/ daily reportings
    -not enough duration of time for training
    -no choice in travel/ travel schedule for flights or hotel accommodations
    -reimbursement & monthly expense submission is a time consuming scrutinized, rigorous process- not allowed to tip for service industry above 15%
    -personal infringement on your hair color, weight, wrinkles, eyebrows...
    -terrible stress and work environment to include to and from corporate
    -emotional abuse
    -high turnover

    The list goes on and on!

    be a voice. stand up for what you know is right. do the right thing. have the courage to say no.
    genuinely caring about employees is what creates more productivity and the best performance, not managing out of fear or manipulation.
