Former Employee - Pack Off Labor in Saint Joseph, MO

I worked at Triumph Foods full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Other then it being a paycheck theres nothing good to say about the place. If you are hired and you are white, your days are numbered. When one first starts work there they tell you all sorts of things that sound good. You soon find out they do not mean any of it. And as for the "Union" thats is supose to back you. Well all I can say is don't waste your money. The union does'nt mean nothing there. They are owned by Triumph!!!

    Cons

At Triumph you work your rear off. No matter how long you have worked there you have to fight for anything you want or have coming to you. i.e. Vacation, Benefits, Ect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the people doing the real work with the respect they deserve. Be there for the hard workers. Put more into the Quality First.....Quantity Second.
