    Pros

    Interesting and athletic job
    decent pay

    Cons

even the managers hate this job
long hours outside in extreme conditions
    not much support from managers
the only way to make a decent living is to sell while producing. So plan on putting 10 to 12 hours per day in at work (and nearly every Saturday)

    Advice to Management

Buy good products and focus on customer satisfaction rather than sales (since you have a whole room full of salesman).
