    I have been working at TruGreen full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - large company can offer more to customers at a lower price to the customer
    - the option to work Saturdays for the majority of the season
    - overtime hours
    - handheld technician computers

    Cons

    - work in all weather conditions including moderate rain
    - upper management is slow with employees requests
    - round scheduling is not ideal for customers or the tech

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Show more appreciation to employees
    -make more frequent checkups on lower management to see that employees are treated fairly.
