I worked at TruGreen full-time (less than a year)

Compensation was decent for General Labor.
Days were as short or as long as you wanted them to be; Management only said something if you were consistently putting in more or less than 40 hours a week.

Near the beginning of winter, when outdoor jobs were finishing, guys who had been promised a position over the winter were let go with only a days notice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Could be more efficient. Some guys would do a lot of work in a short amount of time, and others would drag out their days doing the bare minimum. There was no recognition for hard workers.
