I have been working at TruGreen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good management, open door. Willing to assist and answer questions when needed. Good relationship with entire staff. Overall excellent team at our branch. always hitting goals, everyone pitching in to reach a common goal.

    Cons

98% of work even in the administrative department is seasonal. You face a layoff every year which is very, very difficult financially.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create creative ways to maintain administrative staff year round to cut back on turnover, cost of recruiting and training new people every year.
