    Continuous opportunity to improve sales skills. Switching gears throughout the season and promoting several product lines is refreshing. Build relationships with customers over time. Seeing new hires develop. Compensation is based on one's ability to produce. Unlimited earning potential. Good communication between sales and production departments. Steadfast upper management. Planned execution throughout.

    Cons

    Adapting to this type of work can be a challenge to new hires at times.
