I worked at TrueBlue full-time for more than 10 years

Leadership, at the time I joined had a clear and certain path. They lived the values and provided a diverse work environment in which minorities did have a strong opportunity for career growth. Joe Sambataro, then CEO, was the embodiment of these values and strong moral character.

Work/life balance is skewed depending on the brand you work for. If you work at Labor Ready, there is very little balance, Spartan, improvement, Centerline, improved, CLP, improved and Planetechs, excellent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Creating a Diversity and Inclusion committee does not in effect provide the necessary input to improve your current situation. It seems the only reason this committee was created was to mitigate damages in case of either a single suit action or a class action, which I see coming your way.
Acquiring companies is a sign of great stabuility and cash flow, two major attractors for take over, although promoting employees of companies you buy over those that have been loyal to you, have stronger capabilities, even though you have no effective method of measuring these if not by sometimes inadequate VP opinions, does erode these loyalties and your talent drain is just beginning.
