    I worked at Trustwave


    Good sales Engineering team and some good technology


    Management do not care about the staff, just the bottom line and they try to rule by fear. There is a real attitude of 'if you do not like things, then there is the door'. Massive egos in the UK management team who also suffer narcissistic tendencies.

    There has been massive staff turnover for this reason and a mass exodus of good employees. Below industry standard salary too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees, they are what makes the company and if you do not have them, you cannot execute and therefore not hit the numbers. It is not rocket science, drop the egos and become a team
