    I have been working at Truven Health Analytics full-time


    The benefits are very good including work/life balance. Mostly all good people. Bonus can be awarded if you work in the right department. Have laid off or fired very few people at my time there.


    Compensation increases are awarded to those who are very close and personable to higher ranking individuals (such as VP and Sr Dir level), as opposed to those who actually put in the hours and time of hard work. Since such, some people are unwilling to put their end of the work in. Some individuals don't posses the skills necessary for the job.
