I worked at Tucson Project full-time
It's a job, so you have a "stable" source of income. Seriously, that's about all I got.
Extremely small company but the turnover is CRAZY! The boss won't take responsibility for anything, including the TRAINING of her revolving door of staff. Also, tread lightly cuz she will fire anyone on a whim, at the drop of a hat. Even after working here for a while, I'm still not sure what the company actually DOES.
Advice to Management
Recruit and train your staff properly, and you probably won't have such huge turnover. Maintain good ethics, be responsible and accountable for your actions. How do you expect your staff to be, if you aren't?
