    Pros

    Nice colleagues.

    Decent benefits.

    Reputation of parent company Time Warner.

    Cons

    Dinosaur infrastructure, very outdated technology. Senior management in Operations lack vision, innovation and authority. Chaotic operations, chronic make-do culture.

    Silo mentality and burbureaucratic.

    Poor staff recognition and career progression. Tend to promote people who have been there for a long time rather than those who excel at their jobs or with fresh perspective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wake up to the 21st century and update infrastructure.

    Listen to your people. Appreciate and reward talents, or you lose them.
