I worked at Turner and Townsend full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Co-workers was very nice to work with, other than that, can't think of anything else

    Cons

I have been working in their Singapore office for a year. Great co-workers, but the management and Human Resource here is one of the worse that I have seen in my 15+ years of my working life. Low pay, frequent long hours, disorganized, doesn't value the importance of developing potential staffs. Here, the directors seems to thrive on petty politics. Sycophants and nincompoops are an abundance here.

They are unclear on what or who they are looking for. As time goes, the frustration build up as what was given in your job description greatly side track with what you are actually working on. And if you question them, you will be labelled as a difficult person and not a team player.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value the good employees, focus on your objectives on the industry that you want to particularly go into, go on the ground to really see what is happening to the office you manage.
