    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Nothing currently that I can think of... They used to some cool employee perks such as computer purchase program and other discounts but most have been discontinued.

    Cons

Compensation, lack of opportunity for growth, unorganized, bad management, miscommunication, dirty and infested with bedbugs, outdated computers/technology, Office politics that prevent promotions, lack of employee appreciation.

    Advice to Management

Make working here appealing again. There have been a lot of cuts to employee benefits and compensation within the past several years which makes staying at the company pointless. No employee appreciation and they don't reward staying with the company long term. Everything is unorganized and policies on attendance, bonus criteria and floor policies change 3 times a year. You aren't even allowed to leave your desk to use the restroom or make a personal call. It seems as if the company wants to move out the senior employees in order to bring in people willing to work for 10.50 and work every department rather than allowing people to move up and gain seniority/experience in different departments. There is a lot of cliques and politics at this place which also prevents advancement. Not to mention tons and tons of interoffice affairs or relationships.
