    I have been working at Tyco full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    health insurance but I am sure that will a thing of the past soon. it is hard to find anymore pros. they talk good policy,safety but it takes more than talk.

    Cons

    I would have place vacation in the pros but in my case it really is not because we are so poorly managed that we show up at the office in the morning wait around 2 or 3 hours only to find out that there is work but because of poor planning they send you home and force you to take your vacation days after you have got out of bed and drove thru rush hour traffic only to get sent home and use your vacation. and the same goes if you get done at 1 or 2 pm they will try and make you use a full 4 hrs so the hours don't go over on a 4 hr job when they were the reason it went over because it took them 2hrs to get your job to you . and then in the next breath writing you up for multiple jobs going over. I could go on all day and yes I am currently looking for some thing else. but make no mistake how I feel about the company never effects my service of the customer because the customer is always number one to me and I will always do a good job for them the customer who I care about personally I just wish that the company felt the same way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    do your job stop shooting from the hip, pay attention be prepared, and remember it is about the customer first the numbers second and your workers should here from you more often not only when they done something wrong, answer your phone return calls and stop with the favorites
