    Pros

Amazing product, training, nice vehicles. Gas card and we get to see some amazing sites. Pay at the higher tenures is pretty darn good.

    Cons

Bob, What is going on? What was that between early may and now......100 layoffs? The folks at tis already know we are merging but we know nothing. No offence, sir. But I really hope they replace you and your fellow bean counters with this merger. Cfo's should never run a service business. You cant do it from a spreadsheet and a conference call 3 times a day. We have proof......youre driving this company right down the tubes. George, OI might be going up but its at the expense of burning long time employees out. And the customers arent being served, so we credit them....but we lay off inspectors because we cant get all of the inspections done? Hurry up with the merger already TIS has better management systems "mastermind" than ACE. What a waste of money that was. If you dont hurry no one will be left to put this amazing product on the walls or service it. Get in the trenches with us and see whats really going on.

    Advice to Management
