I have been working at U-Haul part-time for more than a year

it is a paying job, somewhat flexible hours, tons of training, great if you love the colors orange and brown, not stuck at a desk all day

there are no raises (at least not in our region) employees that have been there for years at paid as much as new hires, they will make you make bank deposits off the clock and you will not be compensated for it, pay is barely above minimum wage, they will sell you a health care package you will later find out is "not health insurance" and you will be stuck paying for it for a year, they claim to be a green company but they totally are not (tons of waste, no recycling trucks get very bad gas mileage), no matter how good you do it will never satisfy upper management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward experience, if you expect more out of certain employees then pay them more, currently there is no motivation for veteran employees to try harder. Stop telling call center agents to act like there are in a location that they aren't it frustrates both customers and CSR's. Pay your employees to make bank deposits not only is it unethical but it's illegal.
