I have been working at U-Haul part-time (less than an year)Pros
-They are willing to work around you schedule for your primary job and accept that they are the secondary job.
-Very laid back atmosphere. No one really cares what you do during downtime as long as you're getting your work done.
-The training provided was adequate.
-For the most part, the work has been rewarding.
-The benefits offered aren't bad for part-time positions.Cons
-Things can be kind of stressful when you get busy, especially when you are the only one there.
-The pay isn't really all that great.
-They are very anti-union and have propaganda posted about it.
-None of the managers are there on the weekends even though that is the busiest time.Advice to ManagementAdvice
-Try to be there when things are busy.RecommendsNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEO
