    Salary was very competitive and paid time off was as well


    We were based on a culture my Jack Rooney. The Dynamic Organization was what made us winners in the market place. That took a back seat as leadership was moved around. We had an amazing DOS in Missouri that took a much deserved promotion, however, the replacement was very back stabbing and created the same with their immediate reports.

    Advice to Management

    Remember where we came from. Our culture and our customer focus was what separated us from the others. Now US Cellular is just another carrier doing what other carriers do. And because of that, we lost many loyal customers. But more importantly, we lost our caring associates along the way.
