    Pros

    Company is very proactive and has created an outstanding culture known as the dynamic organization. Very employee and customer focus. Always looking to do the right thing for the customer.

    Cons

    Company is a retail wireless company within a very cut throat industry. Change is inevitable and constant in order to stay relevant with the rest of the industry.
