    I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time


    great culture, amazing co-workers, great pay, great benefits. I really liked working there. I would still be there if not for the vacation/shift bid system.


    I found that the vacation bid and shift bid systems were too much to deal with. only 6 sick days a year and you can't use vacation days as sick days. I could never get the days off I needed.

    Advice to Management

    rotating weekends would be helpful instead of shift bids. make all time as simply Paid Time Off instead of limiting sick days.
