    Pros

    Good health care, good tuition reimbursement, pay is ok for retail. Always changing and a fast paced work place. They culture with this company is key.

    Cons

    If you do not buy into the culture you are not going to fit in. Can be long working hours and not much work life balance. It's wireless so customers can be rough to deal with. Top management does not seem to be in line with what they are saying about the company and its direction.
