    I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    The people I work with are amazing. Open door policy with direct management. Overtime always welcomed.

    Cons

    Advancement has been difficult, billing system change has left a lot of untrusting customers, work partially on commission (good or bad depending on how you look at it), lots of recent changes has left many employees overworked and not very satisfied.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    slow some of the changes down. i understand change is necessary (especially in this industry) but when you role out changes too fast it leaves your employees very frustrated and overwhelmed. especially when those changes all affect our pay.
