    Interesting, challenging work; great work/life balance; ability to telework; travel opportunities exist but you're not on the road all the time


    Takes forever to get promoted, even for high performers. Staffing process isn't always transparent. We are generally underpaid for our skill set.

    Advice to Management

    Don't ignore poor performers and pretend it's a team communication issue. Sometimes it's really one person's fault and it's demoralizing to others when management turns a blind eye to the few bad apples that exist,
