    I have been working at U.S. Xpress full-time (More than 3 years)


    Good money, home time, your not a Number but they know your voice......IF your a contractor AND your working with an agent. Otherwise, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. Small town attitude/values.


    Oftentimes, too many departments to deal with. Too many people getting in each other's way and makes it hard to get a problem solved quickly. Sometimes there's only ONE person that can solve a problem, and you get voicemail, but rarely a return call. Small town attitude/values.

    Advice to Management

    Have a true o/o, contractor/lease division. Raises and bonuses would be a great incentive.
