I have been working at UC Irvine full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

It is a very diverse and friendly work environment. Very progressive and positive!

    Cons

Not too many things except the low salary which come with teaching for a state school.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is a very political environment and bureaucratic!
