    Pros

It's a great company to work for. They have luncheon for employees. There's plenty of positions open, but managers pick their favorites.

    Cons

Management is horrible. Went through 3 different supervisors in under one year. I notice that supervisors always had their favorites. No one gets treated the same or equal here. There's so much tension between many supervisors and employees. There were also many new temp employees and helping to train them would be a hassle on a busy day. But as hard as you work, they would never hire you. Instead, they lay you off then hire a new team. This process repeats itself often. There's no chance of temps getting cross train or going into a different position. Management will not help you get a job, they don't want you to succeed, instead they would bash out all of your flaws and make you stay on the same team under them.

    Advice to Management

Whenever there was a new supervisor, there's always a change of rule or policy. Sometimes none of the supervisors would get along and would tell their "team" a different policy. So the whole department aren't even following the same rules.
