Low pay Cruel treatment of employees Really expensive and sub par insurance Hostile work environment along with No help from HR Can not trust HR Managers or even the VP's to help when addressing concerns prejudice ,discrimination & Sexism Only hire other nationalities to adhere to affirmative action rules Unprofessional overall The overall attrition rate for the company is about 50 - 60 percent per year at least 10- 15 percent per quarter

Feel really sorry once this company graduate 8(A) If the company cared more about its employees and relationships they would grow but the small minded mentality of the higher up ...will be swallowed up whole by fierce competition like Booz Allen Deloitte & Northrup ... who lot of their employees tend to leave to go to ...
