    Pros

    - good place for starter and politicians
    - good place for stability in same position for years
    - If you are looking for a location to become non productive and if you are politician as majority of people who work here are then this is the right place for you,
More over if you work hard and get things done, then get ready to be blamed and get ready to work days and night to resolve some one else problem as they screwed up and it is your fault.

    Cons

    - One of the lowest paying company
    - to much politics
    - laid back
    - management is like spider web
    - not so clear and easy environment as employee is managed by 1 team, product by some one else, development by some one else as a result small change takes a lot of time and effort.
    - management is not ready to accept changes and feedback.
    - When you show your management that you have be offered twice as much as you are getting paid then get ready to hear blames like you are trying to recruit people rather than respective the hard work they have put in company.

    Advice to Management

Those 20% of people who work hard they are not your slaves they work hard because they care. Don't blame them when 80% people screw up things.
When the company says you are paying the competitive salary compared to market, don't advertise it when it is not true when employee prove it by showing you multiple offers which pays twice much as you pay.
