I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very safety conscious culture. Our first priority is to work safely. Training our new people in our safe work methods is the first thing that they learn.

    Cons

Only manage by exception. There are so many good things that happen on a daily basis that are just not recognized when one things does not go exactly as planned.

    Advice to Management

as management, we need to do a better job of see the 99 things that go right. not only seeing the 1 thing that goes wrong, or at least not as right as planned.
