    Pros

The Work is fast pace and hands on. The part-time workers are friendly and hard working. It's a great workout

    Cons

You work almost the full amout of hours but not quite the exact hours. Management is very pushy urging workers to speed up or work harder despite there being no realistic way too. Management is seemingly more focused on production and meeting their downtimes, rather than setting realistic managable time goals and pace goals. Very little time is focused on working to figure out and strengthen a employees strengths, and more attention is usually shed on the weaknesses. There's a lack of communication between supervisors and workers, this leads employees to feel supressed by supervisor to not speak up about issues or complains they may be having. Really heavy volume is expected to move out at a near superhuman pace, often leading to workers fatigue. Poor work enviorment

    Advice to Management

My Honest advice to management is that things need too change. The focus on productivity is understandable, but you can't have that with fatigued, disgruntaled, and stressed out employees. Some attenion should be payed to working on communication between workers and supervisors. As it stands right now it seems like the supervisor can do and say what they want, if anyone tries to voice a opinion they are basically told to keep quiet and get back to work. Also the hours aren't true to what is being told, working the actual hour told to us when first hired would also help. Also the work enviorment is really poor, a bit of cleaning and repairs are needed. The pay rate could use a boost as well, the work we do is extremely hard and stressful. All that work for little more than packing peanuts, seems a little unfair. And lastly, trying to make the workers feel like they are apart of a actual team rather than just cogs in a machine would help moral in the workplace.
