-Does well with training new employees.
-The work itself challenges its employees.
-Keeps you in shape.
-Very polite top management.
-Lures in wiith promise of permanent work, then lays off after the holidays.
-Will not fix bad paychecks, such as a 70 dollar paycheck for a 25 hour week. Will not even check it to see if it's correct.
-Pays 170 dollars (approx) for a 25 hour week.
-Practice goes against training. Trains for quality and safety, works for only speed, and throws safety and quality away.
-Does not answer phones if you need to call out.
-Screams at and insults employees, directly, and personally. "You are so pathetic!", "You are worthless. My 12 year old son could do better!"
-Terrible managerial approach.
-Yells at sick employees for going to slow.
-Equipment is old, worn out, and often doesn't work at all.
-Generally not worth it.
Advice to Management
