I have been working at URS full-time for more than 10 years

Stable workforce for many years and reasonable efforts to move people when contracts change. Many people in my office are former military and they adjust to life in cubicles gradually.

Slow promotions and minor cost-of-living adjustments. The pay over 14 years has been rising only gradually. Promotion opportunities are rare. URS will be purchased by AECOM and we will be forced to accept the new benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You could be a leader in providing benefits instead of a follower. All changes to benefits have been more costly to the employee, taking away rules that made us happy, and show that URS is only trying to match the lowest set of benefits available. We dread the sale to AECOM because there are no advocates for URS employees in the new organization.
