Large company with variety of opportunity, stable market position, above average salary compared to other local companies, knowledgeable senior staff to learn from. Rarely work gets into personal life.

Since this is a large company, everything is done according to a set standard, which is not always current and the most efficient way of doing things. too risk averse. A little top heavy, seems like too many people in management.
