I have been working at US Air Force full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I love the USAF. It will be hard to finally say goodbye. I would recommend to anyone looking to serve something greater than themselves.

    Cons

Long hours, long work weeks, extended deployments, not treated in accordance with ability but in accordance with seniority

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of people and people will execute the mission professionally in the most challenging and ambiguous of circumstances.
