Current leadership needs to figure out priorities and stop changing everything for what ever reason they can!

I have been working at US Air Force

    Pros

Benifits package for Insurance, health insurance, schooling and you get paid even without a degree. For some people, that's all you need. The military will help most people figure out who they are and make themselves better.

    Cons

The last several years have seen change after change after change. We have been running in circles and not spending money where it needed to be spent. We've lost our way I feel and after 8 years, i'm tired of the constant "do more with less, and less, and less. So i'm getting out and looking forward to more stability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand the difference in Officer and Enlisted, but by god, your officers have no idea what the enlisted do and don't give them enough credit. But I could give you a thousand examples of the times Sr Leadership has patted themselves on the back for and took credit for the hard work of those under them. Glad you got your OPR bullet on the backs of the hundreds of men and women who work for you even though you have no REAL idea of what they did.
