I have been working at US Air Force full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Better life balance than other services
Good benefits compared to civilian life

    Cons

BIg Air Force talks about supporting Airmen, but doesn't listen to Commanders about requirements
In the end, you are just a number and your fate is decided by a randomly placed administrative juggler

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more emphasis on your core values. And then live the. Actions speak louder than words.
