    I have been working at US Airways full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Everyone is very friendly and most say they really like their jobs, excellent free travel benefits, low cost for medical insurance

    Cons

    low pay for employees in my office

    Increase pay and do not go to AA benefits when we merge
