    Pros

Really nothing, being treated like garbage cancels out any pro

    Cons

The unit manager is best friends with an cna on the floor. This cna runs the unit and tells the nurses how to do their jobs. Cna handles discipline and reports false actions to unit manager to get nurses/other staff in trouble. This cna also creates a hostile work environment. I was told by unit manager and her manager that nothing could be done. Cna made horrible comments to me I would not think to say to anyone. Due to harassment and hostile work environment, resignation was only option. No help from management, they just allowed it to continue because cna was unit managers beat friend. Stay away from safe harbor in bham va. Would not recommend that place to anyone!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Do not allow hostility and harassment! Due to managements inability to act, you are condoning the behavior occurring on the unit. This is inexcusable. No one should be afraid to go to work. Thanks to you I had horrible anxiety going into work due to the comments and treatment I received upon walking onto the floor.
