    Pros

good money & benefits not much else.

    Cons

poor management and the good director does not permeate through to the rest of the organization. There's 0 accountability. The gossip is constant and out of control. It creates a hostile work environment. A ton of lazy government employees. If you are actually motivated and successfully do your job your vilified. The HR dpt. at this location is a nightmare. They have no clue how to successfully recruit and retain great people, especially Veterans, very sad situation. Poor department chiefs and there's a mismanagement of resources big time. They are all about PR, image but not reality, lip service but not action, poorly organized and it's like a circus, unbelievable. I don't feel like anyone is looking out for Veterans.

    Advice to Management

    Get your stuff together!
