    Pros

The position has great flexibility with school related functions. The environment allows for working on assignments while inactive at work.

    Cons

The salary is fixed and does not allow for additional compensation. You must be attending school full time and you are under contract which starts and ends at the beginning and end of each semester.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a good job with the Vet Center. Having Veteran work studies to interact with Veteran clients creates a welcoming environment.
