Former Employee - Mail Handler in Trenton, NJ

I worked at US Postal Service full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Nice pay, constant overtime, good benefits, nice retirement package, and good people

    Cons

Management is in the bed with the Union. Union personal will go as far to help you, only if they can get something in return from management. Some managers act like they can talk to you any way they want and treat you like pure crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn people skills, and have an understanding that family is important. Things happen in the home that sometimes can have a negative affect on employees. Don't be to fast to screw a person over.
