    Pros

    Really good benefits. Most people I worked with were great. Lots of growth potential if you weren't opposed to moving to San Antonio, TX.

    Cons

    Claims was set up like a call center which made working the actual claims very difficult at times. There were very strict metrics you had to adhere to. It seemed like you were always falling short on one goal or another.

    Advice to Management

    Cut down on the metrics. I understand that there has to be some metrics involved, but managers are constantly looking at numbers which makes them seem more robotic and have very little empathy for their employees.
