There are/was a very talented group of people working here. Had the ability to work on exciting projects at one point in time.

The exception became the rule. No real room for career growth. Talk of being a flat organization was all rhetoric, everyone knew it. Management plays favorites. Made the mistake of relying heavily on one major client to support the entire company. Once this client decided to go with another company, half of the company seemed to disappear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't put all your eggs in one basket and expect everyone to bend over backwards. Talk of the "bad economy" as an excuse for business to be in the shape it was is not an excuse. Don't play favorites, everyone knows it and the word travels fast.
