    Pros

    flexible schedule. you get to set your own shifts. work as little or as much as you want. You meet hundreds of people, learn your city

    Cons

    Uber keeps adding new drivers to the system which is decreasing earnings for existent partners. no incentives to work longer hours. They also let partners use cars made in 2000??!!!

    Advice to Management

    Establish tier system for partners, when partners who spend 30+ hours online earn more then somebody who occasionally drive for Uber
