    I have been working at Ultratech

    Pros

    Company does not let go of workers just because they age. Most of the time, the pressure is low at work.

    Cons

    After a couple of years, most people realize that CEO's compensation package is huge compared to employees' pay. So the spirit is low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Share your profit with your employees if you do value them. Just saying so often does not lift employees' spirit.
