    I have been working at Undertone full-time (more than 3 years)


    Smart people, go-getters, willing to work together. Great company culture and perks, including company-covered insurance, snacks, gym memberships, etc. Strong development opportunities, with training and growth opportunities.


    Work/life balance and responsibilities not consistent among teams, leaving some teams out of the fun activities that are planned for work hours/post-work hours. Inconsistent stances on policies/many exceptions made lead to morale issues sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More vision for what is coming in the future/where we are prioritizing would be great, and would help employees with day-to-day decisions.
