I worked at UniFirst full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

National Company with national accounts to keep them in business for a long time.

    Cons

Gives all the right training but on the job the opposite is said just to get thee job done. They do not give good product support to be able to provide the customer of what they and you want and expect to provide. Also I never herd of there seasoned drivers not taking stops next door to one of the ones they have just because of the dollar amount of the stop. Then they would give the stop to the guy that already works 60+ hour a week. Good people but you get put in spots where you really can't believe in staying with them. Customers leave and you get told its all your fault. Really!

    Advice to Management

Only if you are this kind of person that would do the same things as they already do. Yes, because of the turn over.
