Great people at the location. Boundless opportunities for advancement because turnover is so high. Great sales training. If your fortunate enough to have a good Location Manager, you have a chance.

    1. MICROMANAGEMENT!!! 2. The rules of corporate America do not apply to upper management levels. If you're part of the 'good ol' boy network' - you're GOLDEN!!! 3. If too many people go to President's Club, they change the rules the following year to decrease the number of participants to save $$$.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold your Managers accountable and don't bend the rules or transfer them when they are caught being unethical or performing illegal acts.
