I have been working at Unify full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good people to work with, occasionally interesting work. Products are not exactly cutting edge, but not obsolete off the shelf like some places.

    Cons

Extremely poorly managed, never once in 16 years hit even a quarterly target. Always technically excellent, yet single digit market penetration.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just give the product away and try to make money on the service. Perhaps consider making decisions that let layoffs work for you instead of against you (50% off the top? Seriously?)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
